ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

5. การรับสินค้าและความรับผิดชอบ (Product Receipt and Responsibility)
ลูกค้าต้องตรวจสอบสินค้าทันทีเมื่อได้รับ หากพบว่าสินค้าเสียหายหรือผิดจากที่สั่งซื้อ กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 3 วันทำการหลังจากได้รับสินค้าเท่านั้น บริษัทไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าในทุกกรณี ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายจากการผลิตหรือการจัดส่ง ซึ่งจะพิจารณาเป็นรายกรณีตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
We do not accept any product returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage, which will be reviewed at the Company’s discretion.
6. การยกเลิกใบสั่งซื้อและการคืนเงิน (Order Cancellation and Refunds)
เนื่องจากสินค้าเป็นเครื่องประดับที่ผลิตและตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดก่อนจัดส่ง บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์
ไม่รับคืนหรือคืนเงินในทุกกรณีหลังจากจัดส่งสินค้าแล้ว การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อสามารถทำได้เฉพาะก่อนการจัดส่งเท่านั้น
As our jewelry items are carefully inspected prior to shipping, the Company
does not accept returns or issue refunds after shipment under any circumstances. Order cancellations are only permitted before the product has been shipped.
