Perfect Diamonds มุ่งมั่นในการมอบสินค้าเครื่องประดับเพชรแท้ที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้าทุกท่าน เราให้ความสำคัญกับความพึงพอใจและความไว้วางใจของคุณ หากท่านได้รับสินค้าที่ไม่เป็นไปตามคำสั่งซื้อ หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต สามารถขอคืนสินค้าและรับเงินคืนได้ตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

Perfect Diamonds is committed to providing the highest quality fine diamond jewelry and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, or one that was damaged during shipping, you may request a return and refund under the following terms and conditions.

เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้าและขอเงินคืน

ลูกค้าสามารถยื่นคำขอคืนเงินได้ในกรณี:

- สินค้ามีตำหนิหรือข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต

- สินค้าผิดรุ่น ขนาด สี หรือรายละเอียดไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อ

- สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายระหว่างขนส่ง (ต้องมีหลักฐานภาพถ่ายขณะเปิดกล่อง)

หมายเหตุ:

- ไม่รับคืนสินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งาน ดัดแปลง หรือมีความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี

- ไม่รับคืนสินค้าสั่งทำพิเศษ (Made to Order) เว้นแต่พบข้อบกพร่องจริง

Conditions for Return and Refund

Customers may request a refund in the following cases:

- The product is defective due to manufacturing error.

- The item received does not match your order (model, size, color, or material).

- The item is damaged during shipping (photo evidence required).

Remarks:

- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

-Custom-made or personalized items (Made to Order) are non-refundable unless defective.

2. ระยะเวลาการแจ้งคืนสินค้า

แจ้งขอคืนภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า พร้อมแนบหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อและภาพสินค้าชัดเจน

2. Return Request Period

Customers must notify a return request within 3 days of receiving the product, including the order confirmation and clear product photos.

หลังตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย จะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ,ผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ใช้ชำระเงิน

3. Refund Process

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.,
Please return the product to Perfect Diamonds for inspection.,
Once verified, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. กรณีไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้

- สินค้าได้รับความเสียหายหลังการใช้งาน

- สินค้าผ่านการแก้ไข ดัดแปลง หรือซ่อมจากภายนอก

- ไม่มีหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ

- สินค้าสั่งทำพิเศษ / ลดราคา / Clearance

4. Non-Refundable Cases

- Items damaged after use.

- Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired externally.

- Missing purchase proof or order confirmation.

- Custom-made / discounted / clearance items.
